Equipment policy on returning items

Products can only be returned if they are unopened and in the original packaging. Any accessories that were included with the item must be returned with the product for a full refund. Items returned with obvious misuse, will not be credited. New products that have been modified or used can NOT be returned. Equipment returns will be considered on an individual basis. If approval for return is granted a Return Authorization number will be provided.  A 10% restocking fee will apply on new equipment returns, upon approval by TPE.

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Returns that are NOT received in like condition will NOT be accepted or returned. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item) TPE will pay the return shipping costs.

Credit for returns is normally processed within 3 business days from the date we receive the merchandise. Credit will be applied to the credit card given online when the original order was placed. If financing was arranged, a credit will be issued per the lender’s instructions.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Shipping Policy.

All product marked “in-Stock” is in one of our warehouses or shipping partners across the United States. Depending on the product location, shipping times and processing times will vary depending on product origin location. Turning Point Supply will call to verify all orders for product selection as well as the availability and location of the product(s). Because of product weights and sizes, all shipping rates are calculated in real-time with freight companies to provide you with an accurate price and shipping times. Local pickups may be subject to a handling charge. If any handling charges apply, all prices and terms will be disclosed at the time of payment, prior to product(s) pickup. Turning point Supply is required to collect taxes on all products picked up at our Charlotte NC warehouse.
